Positive Emotions versus Negative Emotions
Emotions affect our : Concentration and motivation and therefore our ability to learn. Emotions also regulate our communication and behaviour in relationships. Why is it so hard to learn?
Negative emotions are our survival emotions. Imagine you are a bunny in the bush. You need to be aware of predators, watching your back means your primary focus is on the environment. This vigilance means we are distractible our thoughts are limited to surveillance not creative thinking. Prayer teaching on LOVE, highlights God’s acceptance of us. We learn that we were created in His image. His image is one of creative, fruitful productivity. Songwriter Ciara acknowledges that “whether it’s being able to love yourself or being loved, if you have love, I believe you can do anything!” A Bible teaching on how to receive God’s Love |

Conviction of Christ’s Compassion
A Leper challenged Jesus, saying “if You are willing, You can make me clean.” Jesus was moved by compassion and stating that He is willing, and He healed the Leper. Mark 1:40-42.
In Matthew 12 we read that Jesus in His ministry healed all the sick. This is the will of the Father according to Exodus 15:26, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases on you.
Jesus was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities and by his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:5-6 Therefore in praying the prayer of repentance the bondage of generational sin can be loosed, ungodly soul ties and curses broken.
Lamentations 5:7 Our fathers sinned and are no more, but we bear their iniquities. Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Let us lead you in a teaching to discover what is limiting your potential.
The Power of our Words
God created the earth by speaking the Word. Genesis 1:3 “Let there be light”; and there was light. We were given authority on earth to be fruitful and multiply, God set an example of creation for us to follow. Our words can speak creations too. Numbers 14:28 “just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you!” This statement instructs us to choose with care how we speak. In James the power of the tongue over our life destiny is likened to the control a bit has over the horse or the rudder directing the path of the boat. James 3:3-6.
Many times Jesus performed miracles because of man’s confessions of faith.
Matthew 9:28-29 Jesus healed the blind man saying, “according to your faith let it be to you.”
We were given authority to perform miracles because of our confession of faith.
Matthew 17:20 “if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,’ and it will move.”
